not the same, because they are not looking for PED's

and random is not as random as people think....you basically need to leave an hour each day open for possible testing, you just don't know what days you will be testing

either way, this is (at least)twice pac has been caught with his foot in his mouth (over the timing of the testing)

first it was no closer than 30 days - oops hatton vid

then no closer than 24 days - oops clottey fight

With scheduled test you can plan your training activities in advance. With random test, you will be guessing every day up to the 14 day cutoff if you will be tested that day and surely it will **** up your training schedule specially on 3 weeks before the fight where training is at the heaviest.

Not true. Because the stips did not specify wether the random tests would be before or after training.

So if it is before or after, who gives a ****, it shouldn't affect it.

I've read that the random testing could occur anytime even on night time or early dawn?

He went on to fight a GBP partner which is in-house since he's signed to GBP. This is about Arum vs Mayweather & GBP vs Pacquiao & their business grudges moreso than it is about boxing.

USADA testing is a pain in the arse, and i can see why it could be considered as potential interrupting training (although BOTH fighters would be subject to it), but they did not have to use USADA

AND the whole 24 day number was from the Hatton vid, that wasn't random either

    he just looks bad here

its a simple 5 minute blood test man, you make it seem like this is some kind of conspiracy like Pac is the only athlete in the history of sports that would have to take a random blood test within 24 days of their event. Its not a big deal, but Pac is the one making it a big deal by getting caught up in inconsistency after inconsistency.

I think there's not much difference between the cutoff of 24, 20 or 14 days. These 2 were acting like primadonas and they both be blamed for the fight fallout. That fight is gone, nothing we can do about it.

    Let's move on.
