i think some of you are missing the point here, and that this video is not of a random blood test, this is just a medical exam, and for that medical they need a blood test, something which manny said he can't do for the floyd fight 24 days prior to the fight because it'll make him weak. basically it's like this, manny will take blood tests before the 24 days, but it can't seem to be random, which means he doesn't know when the hell they're coming to do the test, but planned testing, well that seems to be ok for pacquaio. now, we can only assume with speculation only with no evidence, no proof of the real reason why that is, but if some believe it's because of pacquaio having something to hide, then i think that feelings fair because pacquiao's actions alone make him look suspicious.

it really has nothing to do with pac being number one over mosley or floyd, it's because manny is a huge draw, the same as floyd, so neither of them need to give into demands, because they can make big money fighting other opponents, which they're both now doing. mosley on the other hand is not a huge draw, so to make big money he has to fight floyd or pac, and they both know that, the difference is floyd stepped up to the plate, while roach made excuses not to fight mosley.

I don't understand why PBF camp can't just petition the commission to require the test, even just for their fight. It's worth a try. If the commission approved then Manny have no choice then.

 

Pacquiao would be happy to oblige if the commission tells him to do random blood tests but it's Floyd's demand so it's a no go.

It's funny how I watched Real Sports where they just did a story with Olympic drug testing and they only do urine testing. Another thing is that they ( USADA ) are being portrayed as a waste of money since they can't even catch a cold. They only caught around 80+ athletes out of 3,000+ and those caught wasn't even using any PEDS but it was either Marijuana or a prescription drug.
