No...Floyd is just the one who had the fight made and sealed after Manny beat Miguel, but began singing a new PAC tune about Manny being an abuser of PEDs or roids, which in turn set the stage for the "nail in the coffin" with the olympic style testing. Did Floyd really want the fight? I can't say for sure but I do know that 40 other fights that he wanted were made without any problems and without hesitation.
