So are these new water bags going to replace the traditional heavy bags?

Are they really better and how long do they last?

No way, they are good for head shots /uppercuts but it doesn't really mimick the human body like a typical bag...much better off getting a muay thai bag which also mimicks hitting a human body.If you are looking for more dead weight always shorten the chain from the hanging position, longer chains take weight off it,best bet iis chain top and bottom 6'o Muay Thai bags.

the aqua bag is good for uppercuts and bobbing and weaving but i still don't enjoy using them as much as a good ol' heavybag. tell you the truth though i don't think they are better or will replace anything, but alot of gyms are just adding them to their equipment and stuff now
