Most of the posters aren't comfortable with the new change, but please try to have input that way you can bring preferable changes. Be realistic, keep in mind that boxing governing bodies prioritize profit, so try to find common ground with their needs. Adding new divisions help boxers a lot, boxing lost ground to the NFL/NBA/Leagues mainly to its inability to create more "stars", the growing supply of talent only had few divisions and few fight-dates. Creating new belts in the same division was the initial response, but it backfired so the WBC made a great move by introducing a new division, more similar moves need to be made. @Decker made a great point that the "Junior" along with "Super" need to go and be replaced with the better "Light"...we will have to keep Junior Light for 130, if you have ideas please keep this updated. This will help the very intelligent people in the governing bodies find out the common ground with boxing fans. The weight gap is also a big past problem, it naturally has to start with the smallest gap (3lbs) and increase without a drop as the weight increases. Weight changes have to be done around the historic divisions without changing the weight of the legacy divisions, divisions like Light Heavyweight are obviously in the wrong place, but it will be radical to change that weight, like many historic places, the historic name is kept even when its no longer describing what it was once 103 - Paperweight 106 - Strawweight 109 - Light Flyweight 112 - Flyweight 115 - Light Bantamweight 118 - Bantamweight 122 - Light Featherweight 126 - Featherweight 130 - Junior Lightweight 135 - Lightweight 141 - Light Welterweight 147 - Welterweight 153 - Light Middleweight 160 - Middleweight 167 - Super Middleweight 175 - Light Heavyweight 185 - Light Cruiserweight 200 - Cruiserweight 225 - Tigerweight Heavyweight
