i've been boxing with a trainer twice a week for two months now but i don't have much time to practice otherwise cos i study. i really need to improve my endurance, does anyone know any exercises for this that would not take too much time?

    Sprints.

Sprint 50 yards, then jog back and sprint again.

Do that for as long as you consider not 'too much time'

yeah my trainer made me sprint some 70 metres under 9 seconds, wait twenty seconds, and again five times.
    then i puked
but anyway is this type of training very useful to improve stamina or are there other exercises with better results?
i'd also like to know if there is any type of training to improve balance, cos my trainer says i'm too aggressive and hit too hard for my balance and it ****s up my leg work and guard
