It may be as simple as that, as far as Pacquiao is concerned. Any view you or I may have on the contrary is just our opinion, no matter how loudly or eloquently we make out point.

He doesnt need another dollar for the rest of his life. This isnt simply an issue of money. Mayweather retired instead of rematching Oscar for 25 mil. We can ask "how many of you would retire instead of fight Oscar, a fight where you can easily win" but that would be stupid. He had so much money, that whatever the reason he retired superseeded the money he would get off that fight.
Firstly, Pac agreed to take the test. Just not when exactly Mayweather demands. Im sure part of this is because of Pacs supersition, and part of it is beause Pac (or Roach) just dont want Floyd to have that much input on what goes on with Mannys camp. There are too many ego issues from both sides going on here, like the unstoppable force vs the immovable object situation.
I do feel that Floyd Mayweather and camp have succedded in casting a huge shadow of doubt where there was none, and smeared Pac's clean record. Pac has never failed any test, has never been acused nor suspected prior to the Mayweathers antics, and now half this forum thinks Pac is a cheater. Congrats Mayweather, youve achieved what you set out to.
You can say "Pac should just take the test to prove he is innocent", but thats the same as "Pac should just succumb to the will of Mayweather" to prove he is innocent. Its just a shitty situation all around
