If Armstrong was a doper, he never tested positive in the tour de France....... I've heard that the tour tests for both blood and urine, dont know for sure if they test both.......but how do you explain that if he's a doper, he's never tested positive when the tour does random testing throughout the several week stages??????? I've heard a few months back before this past years tour de France about some controversy with a small time race that Armstrong was participating in. If Armstrong tested positive, I googled it and its not showing me any results. I know that the French at previously stated that they had tested Armstrongs blood samples that were taken from him in the late part of the 90's, and there position was that there was proof that Armstrong had used EPO. ......there was controversy there, dont know the full details, but I do know that those samples were found to have been in-admissable because someone had handled them incorrectly and they were tainted. .......but to date that I know of, Armstrong has never tested positive, in a sport where in the Tour de France, Armstrong was being tested every day of both blood and urine, and hair. From what I understand, some PED's are better detected with blood and others with urine.
That is not fair. Mayweather met everything 50/50. Pack is calling for 75/25 on this. Not because of principal but because he was busted on 24/7. How is this on Mayweather?
did i blame floyd? :huh imo, both of them should be blamed for this fight not happening. but who knows, maybe we can still see this fight later this year.
This mindset that both fighters should be blamed for the fight not happening is ludicrous. There is absolutely no way that a fighter that wants and is willing to submit himself to thorough doping testing should be subjected to being blamed for a fight falling through. One fighter wants to ensure fairnes of play, and the other does'nt. You cant get more ridiculous than to blame Mayweather on this issue. Mayweather was willing to split the difference in the testing window down the middle when in reality there was no good reason for him to even concede on that issue, as the medical evidence suggests that drawing the minimal ammount of bloodthats required for testing does in no way weaken an athlete. Even if Pacquiao would have agreed to the 14 day window that Mayweather was willing to accept, he'd be doing himself a disservice and there would still be plenty of people to say that there was still a window there for Pacquiao to have used PED's....... ......in these kinds of situations if you're clean and have nothing to hide, you submit yourself to the testing full throttle to shut up the criticism. .......and this nonsense has nothing to do with principle. How the hell can someone feel good about themselves by stating "I'm not going to go through proving that I'm clean based on principle?" "I dont want to prove that I'm clean, its the principle of the matter!"..........absolute insanity, and ridiculous to believe that he's standing up for himself based on honesty and integrity. I cant emphasize enough how any athlete thats drug free, would take those called upon doping tests based on pure integrity......to protect the integrity of your body of work to date. "I have integrity, I"m not taking those tests!" .......that could'nt sound any more silly!
Exactly! nif he wanted to be sure why didn't he ask Marquez to have the test in his last fight? Floyd is using this as a cover to hide.
Atlas is wrong. Pac agreed to a random blood test and the only issue was the cutoff date. The cut off date that Pac proposed along with the random urine tests up until the day of the fight were sufficient to ensure that Pac is clean. Case closed. Once you get the facts straight, there is nothing to suggest that Pac might be on PED
if that's what you feel, so be it. i'll stick with what i believe, like others in this thread: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=199508
Reward for Void's balls? Well, Void has shrunken testicles! So, does that mean he is taking roids? Can anyone find them? Void never demanded that his other opponents go by new boxing rules, only Pac. Void is afraid of Pac! Check out what Void, Sr. said about that fight right after pac stopped Cotto!
Uppercut, take into account story changes. In some, she is sister, others a cousin. Others sister in law.
