    I agree with the TS.
    If Cotto had any balls he should be fighting #4 P4P Nonito Donaire at a catchweight.
    He doesn't even have honor the catchweight limit. Just show up strong, maybe a couple lbs over, murder Nonito and he'll be back in the mix at #3 P4P behind Mayweather and Pac.
