That could be said about anybody. I could make three threads daily discrediting Mayweather, Williams, Clottey, Martinez, Dawson, etc. With traces of truth or things that could be interpreted in a certain way... It doesn't make me an ******* with good points, it just makes me an ass hole

Every fighter has defects, they get overrated by their hardcore fans and underrated by their haters, it's part of the game here with the fans but I don't think his behavior should be labelled as acceptable.

And no, I don't think Cotto is done if he loses to Foreman because Yuri is a very tough boxing match for anybody and like always instead of people respecting Cotto for taking on tough challenges he's critiziced for whatever other reason his haters can think of.

 

Didn't Jacory (the TS) say that he would leave ESB forever if Cotto were to beat Foreman? Might not this thread be a way to save face on the way out?

Oh, if Cotto is nothing more than a solid fighter who is willing to test himself against the best in and around his division (and I think that at the very least it's fair to describe him in that manner) then what the hell is wrong with that? Jeez...Some people.

See, when it's your favorite fighter that is the butt of these ridiculous threads... it's unacceptable behavior.


But when you see much worse threads and posts about Floyd or Pac or Calzaghe, do you jump to their defense and call the posters unacceptable? People rarely recognize the significance of inappopriate behavior unless it's directed at them or someone they align themselves with. If it's OK to dish it out to other fighters, then Cotto isn't special, regardless of how "likeable" and "warriorlike" he may be to some people.


People say dumb **** about my favorite fighter, but I don't let it get to me, because people are going to talk ****, especially if they know it really affects you.
