Really everything added up to Pit Bull getting KTFO, it almost reads like epic poetry.

 

I seriously think it'll be the last we see or hear of the Baranchyk hype train. Czar is going to make it hell for him in there, week's notice or no.

 

Should try a 2-liter of grapefruit next time, bruh.

 

I think a Luis Concepción & Ricardo Núñez doubleheader could be the most guaranteed exciting card to be made in boxing today.

...and not altogether unlikely, as they're quite arguably the p4p #1 and #2 respectively at the moment in Panamá (now that Jezreel Corrales has been knocked off his perch).

 

Núñez is now 8-0 (7) in over 3 years since his last defeat, including having avenged that defeat by KO...and has defeated every man he shared the ring with since the year in which he debuted, 2010 (when he was just 16)... a DQ loss he's unlikely to avenge seeing as the opponent retired several years ago.

He was previously rated #22 at super feather by the WBC (having last campaigned there in July, when he captured their Latino belt in that weight class) but as of the early April publication ought to debut at 135lbs somewhere in the lower top 15.

(incidentally, the current WBC #15 lightweight is Petr Petrov, who is set to jump to 140lbs tomorrow in an IBF eliminator)

Very weird...you can find a couple of Triana's fights in MMA on YouTube, and both of his victims from those have pages indexed on sites like Tapology & Sherdog, but I can't find a fighter profile or pro record for Triana himself anywhere.
