The only way that happens is if the ref Manfredo's king Arthur (which becomes much more of a conern outside the fatherland). :yep
Despite Abraham suffering a broken jaw in their last encounter? Remember the way this fight was handled last time?
Sure. Substituting in many officials, in fact you could even say most, would have resulted in a TKO victory for Miranda. The fact that it didn't turn out that way gave a more illuminating view of Abraham's toughness and ability to fight (well at that) under adverse conditions than we would have otherwise gotten - so in a way, I'm grateful...even though it was probably a bad call in the first place to let it go no. Miranda has been knocked out since then. Abraham wants to legitimize his victory, avenge his injury, punish the trash-talking, make a splash on American tv (something Miranda's already tried his luck with) - who do you think is coming in here with the hunger and psychological advantage? Abraham is mentally tougher to begin with...and clearly physically...possesses considerable pop himself if not of the same one-punch KO pedigree as Pantera, is more skilled, and is sure to be sharp and on his game in this, his biggest stage yet. Pantera has a meatball's chance in fat camp.
I remember a guy looking to quit in Abraham after he suffered a broken jaw. And I also remember a very limited boxer chasing him around the ring with wild shots who not only couldn't make him quit, but, got outboxed the rest of the way. As far as next big KO's, this isn't a big fight, but, I expect a highlight reel KO this weekend from James Kirkland. And I think that as long as Hatton isn't really sick and won't be fatigued in his fight with Lazcano that he will stop Lazcano. But, I agree that as far as big fights go Pavlik KO Lockett is probably the next big one.
