I am going to say smith, purely by virtue of the #4 ranking he has with the wbo. The guys ranked ahead of him are tied up with the super six tourno. Stieglitz is someone who i think at this stage smith would cope with. I watched his KO loss to Berrio, and thought whilst a very typical european boxer, seemed to have little punch reistance. The first shot that put him down, seemed rather powder puff.
