It's got to be Lara. I love that guy. Can't wait for him to continue facing top 10 fighters. Good **** from him thus far in his career.

Luis Franco has the next best chance, in my opinion.

Luis Ortiz is a good talent and has a very good resume to where he's at, but at HW I'd say a guy like Barthelemy has a better chance even if I thought he was marginally less talented. Then again, my above scenario of Wlad and Vitali retiring and vacating all the belts will happen sooner than later.

 

your Interpretation is wrong Vysotsky, I said that they already merit better opposition because they already defeated the lower tier fighters, but also several fighteers with winning records, therefore yes they all deserve much better opposition. They would fight, but instead they are avoided also by the middle tier opposition (although many of them are already ranked)
I also said that in a good day Glendy and Consuegra(number 15 in the WBA ranking) COULD defeat top 10 opposition right now ...
