Cycling on and off is definitely possible and really easy. The thing about boxers especially the elite is they are not training that hard when they dont have a fight scheduled. While I would like to see them randomly tested year around at this time its not going to happen.

with that, he can only train for 3 fights in the US and all his 180 days would be consumed. pac is currently fighting 2 times a year.
