His defense was rarely "penetrated" when he was in top shape (like Wlad or Wilder 2)

If i change the name Fury to Lewis and Usyk to Jones Jr, who would win in your opinion?

Jones Jr was faster then Lewis and his skillset was imo even better as Lennox, but still Lennox had the height, reach and weight on his side.

Do you think Jones Jr would have beaten Lewis if they had fought in 2001-2003? I dont think so.

Of course Lewis is better then Fury, but imo p4p Jones Jr is also better then Usyk (he has a bigger arsenal).

BTW that's what Lennox thinks when it comes to Fury vs Usyk, same what @Rumsfeld thinks about it:

When both guys are at 100% or close, Fury wins because of his height, weight and reach.

I don't really know why the pervading narrative is that this is Fury's to lose.

By which I mean... Even IF the horrible performance against Ngannou (and Joshua making it look even worse) motivates Fury to be at his best, does it automatically mean he wins?

IMHO no, I think that's the minimum he needs to do to be competitive... And I'm not sure he could do it even then.

If there's one man you can never underestimate...that is Tyson Fury....
Gypsy King will rise up to the occasion....mark my words.

Fury ring IQ is overrated, as well as his movement and his skills. Ring IQ is not something you win or lose by training, you either have it or not have it. It's coming with experience, and being smart, etc, etc.
Where was that high ring IQ in the Ngannou fight, h? You go cry that Fury didn't train properly, even though everyone confirmed he had a 12 week camp. Still his Ring IQ has nothing to do with if Fury was training or not for Ngannou.

He looks clueless in there, and the best thing he could comes up with was .... OH, yes a blatant elbow that should have led to 2 point deduct, but somehow everyone from the public saw it, but the referee.

Fury only chances against Usyk is to bribe every official there is, and hope he can land a number of illegal blows that will effect Usyk and will win him the fight, nothing else.
He got nothing on Usyk, as his height and reach won't help him, as Usyk is used to fight against bigger guys his whole career.

Yes this is a mystery . After aj debunked ngannou i cannot understand what happened but still rank fury,s ring iq not only by this event but his whole career

Both fighters are messed up a bit . Fury,s shameful performance against ngannou on the one hand but also usyk,s questionable performance against dubois on the other hand .

I,m curious how this fight will go , don,t know .

There was nothing questionable in Usyk performance against Dubois, outside of the good part of 20+ illegal shots by Dubois, Usyk won every single round and KO Dubois with a jab.

Fury literally lost against a guy who never PRO boxed ever before, was inactive for a good 2 year and was coming off a big knee surgeries.
On top of Fury landing illegal elbow that should be at least 1-2 point deduct + not given a clear as a whistle KD in the 7th. round.

Fury whole Ring IQ went down to grab hold, and pray for the paid off officials to do their job.

As far as how this or that fight would have played out, we would have already know how AJ - Fury and Usyk - Fury would play out, if Fury wasn't such a diva and a ultimate time waster.

And he is fooling no one, but you and his fanatics. He is essentially wasting your time, and your excuses, as you are the ones that are bringing them for him.

Anyway i hope no freak injury happen once again and we are finally being able to see Undisputed. God given AJ - Fury as well, so we don't need to measure our knowledge and for real know how the fights will play out.

You really have a wrong impression , not joking here .

I,m not a fury fan , believe it or not . In fact i would be happy when his arrogance would be literally stopped on the canvas .

That said i,m EVEN LESS a fan of usyk . I respect and see his skills but i,m not a fan . So , when i have to choose between fury and usyk to win i personally prefer fury . For me none of them deserves an undisputed shot and when it happens may the better man win .

I very much like parker and - even when most hate him- wilder .

Thats my opinion and i have no problem when other have a different as long its not childish - radical and personally insulting .
