Dana white might like to play god but there's no doubt that he will let the greatest hw fight the best. It would be a terrible injustice to the sport and the fans if a CEO used a personal reason to pervert the course of competition.

 

If Fedor does ever fight in the UFC, expect him to face Jon Jones or Junior dos Santos for his first fight. Dana will be absolutely dying to see Fedor beaten in the Octagon.

Personally, I'd like to see a Fedor-Hendo rematch, but I doubt it'll happen. I'd expect Hendo to win again, but it'd be another exciting shoot-out while it lasted, whereas Jones vs Fedor would probably just be a takedown and a few elbows to the face.

 

Dana's animosity towards Fedor was due to Fedor not fighting in the UFC. If Fedor is fighting for the UFC, I don't think it will be the same case. Dana will want to get as much money out of Fedor as he can. Fedor making a comeback of sorts may be more profitable than being one and done.

 

IMO Fedor vs Mir would be a great fight. I wanted Fedor Barnett but doubt that will ever happen.

If you were a true MMA fan you would know that Monson is more legit than many UFC fighters, the guy beat Sergei and Nelson, is a top BJJ fighter, has a warrior heart, and a very experienced fighter. Very unlike glass chinned Cain, chicken scared Brock, and gas guzzling Carwin.
