I talked with a good friend of mine who lives in Essex, (London)....and he was going on & on about Boxing Prospect Jerome Wilson (4-0). He said not only is he a excellent prospect but an overall good kid, however he did mention that he is a little old by "American Prospect" standards at 26.
After watching a couple of videos, you can see the His Athleticism and natural ability is PHENOMENAL!!! And you can see his demeanor and a little insight in his personality after this sensational KO (video below). He did'nt trash-talk, stand on the ropes yell a bunch vulgar crap, beat on his chest...just business as usual. Even shared a little bantor and a laugh with his opponent at 7:26.

My Friend also made me aware of a few other Prospects "Across the Pond" to watch:

    Jerome Wilson 26 (4-0) 140lbs

    Ronnie Heffron 20 (5-0) 154lbs

    Denton Vassell 26 (16-0) 147lbs

Have you watched Frankie Gavin or James Degale yet? Definitely the two most likely to go on to World Level. Both put in very impressive performances in their last bouts.

Degale fought Paul Smith and Gavin fought Michael Lomax in case you want to youtube them

Degale and Gavin have been talked about in great lengths on just about every damn Boxing Website forum that exist. The fighters I mentioned are "under the radar" prospects who many people (especially in America) have yet to hear about.

That Wilson guy looks sweet..fast hands, awkward style, I like the look of him.

I'd never even heard of him until now either

I don't think that punch that knocked the guy out seemed very powerful at all though

Calm down. Did I insult your 'boxing knowledge' by asking if you'd heard of Degale or Gavin? No, I merely asked if you had watched them. I apologise for derailing the thread in such an extreme manner by mentioning a fighter with more than 5 fights . . .

These are the 1s to watch out for over here, as well as Degale. I honestly believe all four could be world champions in the making.

Btw, anyone interested in Frankie Gavin, pay a visit to the British Board. He posts a couple time a week under the name Funtime. Class act he really is

Maybe those who are in the US need to know where Essex is in relation to a major city?

    He looked great.

How come he has had so few fights for his age?

Did he switch from some other sport?

He looks like a guy I saw on television not long back, total wipe out I think it was, one of the contestants was a Boxer, similar style to, wonder if it could be him?
