That entrance, great as it was, was an insult to Ali.

What a joke, Haye isnt great but he is more than enough for Wladdy.

 

When he first moved up from cruiser (2008) he said he would beat 2 top 10 heavyweights then fight Wlad. If he ever reaches number 2 it will be 2011 before he backs up his earlier claim

 

I don't know if Wlad fights like this before because I've only seen a bit of him but the hugging really pissed me off. I mean they were hugging for over 5 seconds at times.

I felt like doing something else at times.

Its a joke fight, Haye/Harrison that is, Haye will smash him.

Haye ducked Wlad not the other way around. What other option does he have?

 

at some point Wlad was throwing the most telegraphed uppercuts i have ever seen. He would wind them up all the way back from the Ukraine.

 

Wlad looked like he telegraphed quite a bit at times. He seemed a little predictable with his punches.

 

So why dosen't Haye fight him?

 

HEADLINE - WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO UNCOVERS LONG-LOST UPPERCUT, KO'S SAMUEL PETER. This is the first time I've seen him throw uppercuts that I can remember, and he blasted Peter with a vicious left uppercut as Peter staggered drunkenly around in front of him and put the man flat on his back to finish it . Klitschko probably threw about a dozen uppercuts during the course of the fight, which is a dozen more than I'm used to seeing. Against an opponent that's constantly trying to get inside and wrap his arms around you, which is most of Klitschko's opponents, it's an excellent weapon, and lamentably underused by the younger Klitschko brother.

Also, I enjoyed the fact that Klitschko started throwing the big right hand from the opening bell instead of waiting several rounds of just throwing jabs. Very technically sound, if not dazzling, performance from the champion. He was a lot more aggressive than in a lot of his recent fights.
