    As far as guys I've met, Frank Mir. Also, out on base in California, Ken Shamrock came and did a close combat training session, he was very friendly. Stayed and spoke to me personally over an hour after the session. Gave him a tour of the base and everything. Very knowledgeable guy and very humble unlike he's portrayed.

    Absolutely. He thanked me for my service yet I felt I should be thanking him for even speaking personally with me. His knowledge of fighting in general was second to none. He even made mention TO ME he knows he's not 25 anymore yet he loves fighting that much to where he does it simply for the fun of it.
