Hmm I thought this would be a shutout for Loma but after seeing the reach and height advantage I think Loma has his work cut out for him.

Lomo by decision. It'll be interesting to see how he reacts when gets hit clean by a guy like Walters though.

Walters has height, reach, power, along with a heavy jab and underrated D. But, I think Loma's edge in speed and superior footwork will allow him to out-hustle the Axeman and secure a hard fought but clear UD.

I think Lomachenko is gonna stop the Axeman late into the fight, when the Jamaican will risk it all only to get caught.

Juan Manuel Marquez on two occasions speaking about Lomachenko-Walters. He states Lomachenko will be a 'great boxer' if he beats Walters.

+ “This is a very significant fight because of the style of boxers. Walters does a lot of power punches, he’s a very sharp boxer. But Lomachenko is a very strong Boxing and technique. A great confrontation of different styles of boxers. Lomachenko has the speed and combinations, as well as a great experience, despite the fact that he spent a total of six fights in the pros.
Yes, Lomachenko lost to Salido, but the experience he gained in the fight against such a strong opponent, let him become more confident, continues Marquez. Walters also very strong, and because Lomachenko wants this fight. Imagine if Lomachenko beat Walters… He will become a great boxer! In addition, it is good for his future – he will earn more and more,“ said Marquez. http://ukropnews24.com/lomachenko-will-be-a-great-one-if-he-beats-walters-marquez/

Caught by what? Loma's glass hands? Walters has been in the ring with 3 power punchers back to back to back. Loma is getting credit for Martinez who was in 2 wars in the past year with Loma's Daddy while Loma was laid up chilling from conquering guys that no one remembers.
This is why I am totally confident in Walters beating Vasyl.

Donaire hurt Walters badly, and the only reason guys like Marriaga and Sosa couldn't do the same is because even though both landed leather on The Axeman they didn't land flush frequently enough, and when they did they weren't overcommitting in fear of a counter, but Loma will land flush and frequently, Walters has a **** chin, and Loma has more power at Super Feather, Loma wins by mid round to late KO.

The difference in skill level is just too much. Loma's got the speed and footwork to clown Walters even if Walters has height, reach, and power to his credit. Walters hasn't impressed me since Donaire and has struggled or looked average against average competition, proving that if he doesn't have massive size advantage he's totally beatable.

If Walters comes like Walters does, he will stop Loma. If he tries to box Loma he gives Loma his best chance to win. This must be a rough and tough fight and Walters must press his foot on the gas for all 12 rounds. Jab his way in, throw hard body shots, don't let Loma clinch and throw bombs at will. Do it all over again. Loma has no left hand. All Walters has to worry about is Loma's jab and right hook.

He couldn't stop Sosa, who's been stopped before, couldn't stop Marriaga, and both of those guys were fairly easy to hit, Loma is not. If Walters is aggressive, he'll get lit up and stopped, if he comes to box, he might survive.

Looking forward to this think Loma will outbox him to a UD his footwork, speed and ring IQ should get him the win. But if the Walters who beat Donaire turns up he could get the stoppage. Looking forward to this fight.

Walters is going to be a great threat to Loma no matter who Walters didn't ko. Walters will be aggressive and either make Loma look great or Walters power will prevail. I like Loma because he owned up to his bull**** about not fighting Walters at 126 because of weight issues. Having Russell Jr, Salido, and now Walters on your resume is why I'm a Loma fan. He will fight anyone and I believe him now.
