Hamed by KO. Walters's footwork is far too basic.

    at 126?

This is a bad BAD match up for Nas. A rangey, counter-punching, stalker with huge power who shrinks down to featherweight. Walters is HUGE for 126 at 5'7 , 74 inch reach vs Nas at 5'5, 64 inch reach. (from boxrec). Walters is still young in his career and we haven't seen his limits. At featherweight he did feast on Donaire and Darchinyan, who came up in weight but got completely bombed out. Darchinyan is a game competitor but it was clear he wanted nothing to do with Walters power once he tasted it. Walters has serious 1 punch KO, he is sloppy at times waiting for that counter right hand bomb or the inside left hook but he fights with the true confidence that his power can nullify any problems.

Nas likes to probe with his flicking jab and set up his counter bombs, however the height of Walters is a problem. Walters stalks just on the outside of the jab looking for that half back step then leash the straight right. Nas gets reckless at times (his corkscrew uppercuts etc) and Walters will eventually time him.

Walters TKO in the mid rounds.
