Nick Ball was fantastic last night and showed shades of Mike Tyson in his demolition of Issac Lowe

I'm not interested in the lighter weights much, as I am more a casual heavyweight fan, but Nick Ball really entertained me and he was fantastic to watch. 5'2'' and with the way heights seem to be inflated so much in boxing I wonder if he's even that. He really made Lowe look stupid at times but to give the Amish man and friend of Kinahan credit, he did fight hard and he gave it everything. It was a fantastic contest.

He’s showed proper balls in both, but his severe lack of power at this weight has shown anyone with any pop can just walk through him. He’s a very talented boxer with good fundamentals, boxes really nicely and is good to watch. That said, the blueprint to beat him is clearly just to cut off the ring and beat the **** out of him and has worked to a tee last two contests.

What's brilliant about this, the more than quadruple number of followers, is that it's off the back of what he's done in the ring and not the Dave Allen way.

He needs to get with Eddie, he is ready for those Liverpool shows.

Why would he fight on the app? I'm pretty sure he wants people to see his fights.

Because Eddie has the most fighters from Liverpool, if he went with you Frank he would never fight in Liverpool.

His gym mates Cain and strand are also with Frank so they can build there.

I'm glad you enjoyed a bout with little fellows and felt moved enough to comment on it. That scrap salvaged the undercard a little. My one complaint is I only took the 11/10 outright on Ball instead of the 3/1 on the T/KO, being unsure if ten rounds would be enough time for him to close the show against a game character in Lowe (who ultimately forgot to protect himself at all times).

Nick Ball gained so many fans from that fight, even casual boxing fans at work said they will keep an eye out for him. Was definitely the fight of the night. Looking forward to the next one.

Lowe might have a bit of success against him in a rematch but eventually it will just go the same way, Ball has too much for him and can handle everything Lowe brings to the table. Without power Lowe is always going to go no higher than beating 15-10 Central/South American types on points, we saw what happened in the fight before when he tried to step up from that, absolutely battered by a guy who took the fight 2 months after a gruelling encounter.
