"no that's me done I can't put my friends and family and self through that again but I'll still be involved" And to Eubank, No hard feelings, we were both there doing a job and it was unfortunate for what happened but I hope your OK champ.
At least he's ok for the most part. That's what's important. I hadn't expected him back in the ring, and he's doing the right thing not to.
It would have been incredibly irresponsible had he not, best of luck to him, hopefully he can find a job in the business that pays well and he can set he and his family up comfortably.
Best of luck to the guy in the future. Still a little angry that the ref didn't stop the fight sooner, but at least he seems to be getting better better which is all that matter really
speaking as someone who one of there best friends has been in an induced a coma for about 2 weeks and in a similar(probably worse) situation to blackwell, he has done the right thing. We have no idea what his family have had to go through
his corner and the ref should whipped for allowing that beatdown to go on as long as it did, Nick is lucky he came out of that more or less in one piece
