    Somebody is updating it live, who's watching the court video, some of the stuff thats coming out from the court :lol:

    This is terrible. Diaz' lawyer is now saying that Nick had difficulty peeing after fights because they were five rounders. THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.

    Athletic commision: "Mr Diaz you tested positive several yrs ago for Marijuana and you told the Commission at that time it was a isolated incident and it wouldn't happen again"

    Diaz: "Yes"

    Athletic commision: "You tested positive again so how soon after testifying did you start using again"?

    Diaz: "When I got home"

    Athletic commision: "So you just told us that to get through the hearing"?

    Diaz: "Yes"

    I'm not sure but i think UFC withheld his purse until the hearing was finished.

    Then he's going to have to get a loan from someone to pay the fine if he ever wants to get licensed again.

    Most would like to blame this on weed, but I really think the umbilical cord might've been wrapped around his throat for a few minutes too long.

    Nick got ****ed

    NSAC doesn't prohibit marijuana use out of competition... and they can't prove nick used in competition.

    Thats all their is to it. They ****ed up and can't admit their tests are useless.


    Theyre basically stealing from him.

    If this was a court of law their is no doubt Diaz would have won.

    Nick really didn't get ****ed, he got a fair deal tbh. 1 year from the Condit fight, so he'll be back in February, that's not really that far away, it's all good.
