Nick Diaz really pisses me off..

diaz needs to fight miller at a 180 and then come back to fight daley once daley has beaten someone like noons.

 

I think htat the fight will get made between Diaz and Miller. Strikeforce knows that they have a good grudge match that they can promote. I think they are just giving it time trying to get it built up as high as they can before they make it happen.

 

Its the weed man. Dont worry about it...

 

BJ Penn would never call out a fighter then backdown in front of millions when he accepts over a few pounds. If BJ called out a light heavy weight and that dude said alright lets go, BJ would have no problems moving up 50 lbs to fight him. Thats what a badass would do. Nick is no badass.

 

bj is a real bad arse - GSP at 170, Gracie at MW or Machida at heavy. Have gloves, will fight!

 

I'm gonna challenge Overeem at Super Heavyweight and not back down then everyone will call me a badass, too! Cause I didn't back down...I'll just weigh in with an extra 100 + pounds in weights strapped around my ankles/wrists + weight vest.

 

Nick says or does alot of retarted **** but for me its almost irrelevant. This guy is so exicting and backs up pretty much everything he says. Has Nick Diaz ever had a boring fight ? I dont recall one.

 

I hate his personality but, he is a good fighter. I really wish he wasn't so much of a ****** though, because I'd like to see em in the ufc.

 

A match with Daley interests me much more than a fight with Mayhem personally. The hype for the latter would be big but I think the reality would be Diaz having an obvious advanatge standing and Mayhem being unable to sub him on the ground, either a jab decision or a control decision. You know a fight with Daley would be a war standing with a good chance of Diaz getting the sub if it hits the ground.

If I were Nick I'd be keen to stick to 5 round title matches aswell, makes it much more likely his cardio and aggresion will win though and harder for opponants to grind out a decision.

 

Really those are the only top fighters he's been in with as of late - though Zaromskis was a stiff challenge - although out of his depth against Nick.

 

Wow, you know you're desperate for some credibility when you're saying that Frank Shamrock is a top fighter ("of late").

 

The problem with Miller is that he's in a similar position to Frank, it'll have hyped beforehand but Diaz won't get much credit for stepping up in weight since its agenst an unranked opponant.

I would point out that Fitch got to the #2 spot before facing GSP in a rather similar fashion to what Diaz is doing now, besides argeubley Diego(although he was coming off a loss and about to move down) he didnt beat any really established elite fighters but rather climbed the rankings though a series of low/mid level wins.

In the end really established elite WW's a very thin on the ground, argeubley moreso than in any other division since no real talent pool was fostered by Japanese MMA.
