How does the defensive minded genius Locche handle the power punching monster Rosario? Can Locche easily box his ears off like he did with another puncher Paul Fuji? Or would Rosario’s attack and power eventually get to Locche and stopped in the process?

Difficult to say. The way to beat Chapo was to pressure him, get inside his wheelhouse, and rough him up.

As brilliant as Locche was, he doesn't have the offense to deter Rosario, and that's a problem.

Having said that, Locche was an exceptional technician with a higher ring IQ than Rosario, and if forced to pick I'd take Locche... but due to styles it'd be a close one.

Rosario could be outboxed from the much quicker fighters (Davis Jr and Camacho), but he managed to still make it very close fights due to his power. Most of his losses was via stoppage when the opponents managed to hurt and overwhelm him with punches. The only time Rosario did get beat via decision was in a close fight against Hector Camacho when he badly hurt Camacho and made him retreat.

I might be in the minority but I can see Locche outboxing Rosario but I'm not sure if he's able to sustain Rosario's onslaught given that he is not as quick as Camacho or Davis, nor does he have the offense to stop Rosario in his tracks that guys like Chavez, Ramirez and Randall had.

Unless the fight takes place in Argentina and Locche manages to survive then maybe I can see him beating Rosario by decision.

Would depend on Rosario, would he apply enough pressure or allow Locche to dictate pace. Hard call
