If it was against eubank I would bet money they would do 300k

 

Eubank, as odd as he is, turned it down. Would have been easy money but Chris is not that mad. Unless this fight is a fix, it's mad.

 

What world do you live in? Pretty much every 'older' in my family and I know has been into dodgy sky and cable boxes since I was a little nipper. Think it's more a class thing.

It will be interesting to see how long they leave it before they pull the plug due to low ticket sales.

 

I honestly cant see it doing it 20000 buys tbh. But look if they get 3000 in the arena (be doing well imo) and undercards cheap and they sell 20000 ppvs, he should make a few Bob out of it. I think he has picked the wrong opponent mind, unless its rigged of course.

 

16,000 capacity arena which to be fair is a pretty impressive setup after the overhaul, even if they fill a quarter; seats are 50 quid to a grand at the top end. Benn has won 2 and lost one there, so he has history with it. On the low end of seats filled and ppv's, they are probably walking away with 1-2 mill, divvied up however they worked it out. Plus the exposure and ego trip for Benn.

Astonishing that they think they can fill an arena that size.

If he'd got Eubank or Collins to come onboard, then maybe there'd be significant numbers for the nostalgia value alone, but very little of the 90s fanbase will even know his opponent.

 

Dont underestimate the drawing power of a legend esp. Younger fans who never got see him fight.

Financially I dont think it will make anywhere near that. I think theres more than a 50% cgznce fight will be pulled with an excuse but deep rooted issue will be it hasn't generated enough cash.

He is looking a lot slower than he was on pads with Hatton 5 years ago.

Also very concerned about Connor having him use intermittent fasting and all plant-based foods. Utter tripe that, and very detrimental.
