    I have just seen Old man Benn on the pads with MT on twitter from yesterday
    Nigel is faster on the pads now than any off the active fighters

    The footage of Benn working on the pads with Hatton a couple of years ago was sensational.

    Nigel Benn is doing some great work in my hometown Sydney. He works with the youth at risk at Blacktown PCYC and is also an ambassador for the NSW Police Citizen Youth Clubs. He hasn't forgotten his home roots as he is also Patron of the Shannon Bradshaw Trust UK Children Charity based in the NW of England helping children with life
    threatening conditions and their families.
