    40s yeah
    Still living in the 90s.

    Seen the film "Worlds End"?

The 90s PPVs were a bit special I feel.
The night when Lewis fought Golota you had so many fights on -
    S Oliver vs Belcastro
    C Ashley vs Clemetson
    A Gatti vs Ruelas
    C Thompson vs R Rocchigiani
    D Michalczewski vs Piper

    To name just a few

    Brilliant nights of boxing

Went home had two hours kip, got picked up and went to QPR to watch Villa, had a few points there and was bladdered again I invaded the pitch at the end still pissed up and threw up on the pitch.. Happy days

Gent got that shot on the strength of his draw with WBC mandatory Wharton

A fun fight; Gent did well to transform himself from a top 10 domestic Cruiser to a fighter good enough to draw with a decent Wharton. Benn was always going to win, but Lou did not let anyone down.

As mentioned most Benn fights were live or as live on Seconds out, on ITV. Those were the days!

The films main character is in his 40s but still living in the 90s.
Those days like you are saying seem like a different world nowadays.
I remember the buzz in the pub the night of Lewis/Bruno
