He's overloading information & not really giving positive reinforcement Then starts goading with the "Who is your trainer?" then "I bet you wish I was your trainer" stuff. Kinda like Eric Kelly trying to get the wall street guys to throw a 5 punch combination and they flounder
That is correct but pretty basic, most world champs punch without telegraphing now and though this woman`s punches improved, I punched pads better than that in a few sessions in a gym as a 13 year old, but according to the trainer, I`ve got no arsehole.
Brilliant that he spends time with young boxers of all levels and experience. His level of understanding is excellent and if she’s going to listen to anyone she’s going to listen to him!
