Before Benn started ducking and weaving as a super middle, the much calmer Jackson would catch a steaming Benn coming in.
This wouldn't the time to make a cup of coffee LOL. I'd go with Benn but I sure wouldn't bet on it, Jackson is more than capable of pulling the KO off.
Never ever ever count Benn out....him vs McClellan made a believer out of me. Only the elite would have their way with Benn.
For sure both men had the power and ability to one shot KO the other one. A pick em fight if ever there was one.
If Benn were to use his technical brilliance he once displayed, however that was at supper middle. At middleweight it's good war where I see him putting Jackson through hell, however I think Jackson with his excellent timing would pull it off in 4.
That's a comical statement considering Jackson had the much better technician skills and technique. Jackson clocks Benn, more times than not. He was a more compact, accurate puncher, and would catch Benn's wild ass coming in and put him to sleep.
Jackson. I think he had everything on Benn. A sharper puncher, especially, but probably also more powerful. Even at MW.
Said Suleiman to the ref, pre McClellan! Seriously though at Middleweight I think sooner or later Jackson would land the bomb needed to get the job done. A maturer 168lbs Benn though would have won.
