Can't believe some people pick Pavlik by KO over Nigel at 160. Good god this is getting ridiculous. Please give me an insight into how you see Kelly knocking out Nigel, i'm intruiged.
They seem to think that because he backed up Miranda, that he would back up Benn and beat him.....:rofl
Pavlik has sadly become overrated, which is a shame since I feel an obligation to hate overhyped boxers yet Pavlik is so likeable. I might just stay quiet until Kessler or Calzaghe exposes him. Pavlik, Miranda and Lacy have (slim) puncher's chances against Benn, but I'd make him the favourite over all of them. Hopkins would have too much durability and savvy for Benn, and would outhustle his way to a late stoppage. Calzaghe-Benn would be an awesome war, but I think Calzaghe's stamina and skill would triumph over Benn's power; I'd expect Calzaghe also to score a late stoppage. Benn was the kind of fighter who, even if you have his number, was a pain in the backside to fight. He was an even bigger pain in the ribcage and jaw.
Very true, it is near impossible to dislike Kelly, however, unfortunately (or fortunately, depends what way you look at it) he has an army of fans who believe him to be the second coming of Hearns. Its riles me right up. He is an excellent fighter, but no an elite fighter. I agree entierly with your picks, same as Brooklyns, I had to think about Hopkins as I'm not Bernards biggest fan. I do think the loaction of the B-Hop-Benn fight would be a factor in the result.
