Foreman was too slow for a slick mover like SNV. SNV could knock him out early, but he frequently likes to put on a show for the fans. He probably carries Foreman to the late-mid rounds and then ends the fight.
But Foreman couldn't even win against Muhammad Ali when Muhammad barely even fought back, and Valuev is hard to get close to. When George Foreman starts tiring, being unable to get close, he will lose speed and attempt to pet Valuev, like he did to Ali.
70s foreman was just too brute. Valuev doesn't like brute, Valuev likes cute and friendship Valuev smash foreman, Valuev bring make better world Exterminate exterminate exterminate
I think this would be quite a curious fight. When I imagine the greats fighting Valuev I picture them either moving and landing in spurts like Haye did (more effectively in most cases) or just swarming and landing a lot of light shots inside, like Ruiz. I can't really picture him being stopped. In the case of Foreman he's not a bad style for Valuev to be effective against. Liakhovich demonstrated what he can do to a guy without much defence or movement who isn't used to being the smaller man. I think it comes down to whether Foreman had the power to stop SNV because I wouldn't be too surprised to see him lose on points if it goes the distance. There's no blueprint to stop Nikolai Valuev, and Foreman didn't have the boxing ability of Holyfield, volume punching of Ruiz or slickness of Haye
foreman would break a hand like Haye did in round 2. There is a difference between the chin of Chuvalo and that of Valuev. Both can take punches, but Valuev literally bounced punches of his head.
