HOw many of you like this fighter? He's ****in badazz, period.. Roman GOnzalez has been calling out Calderunner but i think he should deal with Joyi first.. What are your thoughts on this guy and what are his chances against Roman?
Excellent chances of beating Gonzalez and I like Roman. It's one of the best hardcore fans' fight out there. Both have good potential to become multi-division champions and who knows, if the Gods are good with us, they might meet both at SW and LFW.
ive only seen him once which was in his last fight when he won the strap and ive got to say i was impressed. he shut out a capable champion.I think his power may not be as strong as his record would suggest though. im a fan of gonzalez and id favour him slightly if they fought.garcia bothered joyi a little bit with his body shots and chocalitito is a great body puncher. It would be a great fight though and I think both could beat calderon now who I feel is on the slide
I completely agree that Gonzalez should be fighting Joyi and attempting to clean up his own division first. I like Joyi and think he has the opportunity to beat Gonzalez. I've seen only bits of his fight with Garcia but I saw his fight with Florante Condes and he was good. Quick hands, southpaw constantly pumping the jab and keeping Condes off-balance in that fight in particularly, Condes really couldn't get his punches off at all. Good fundamentals with a solid 1-2, he's not afraid to let his hands go and he is an excelllent body puncher.
Gonzalez is showing no interest in Joyi which is understandable cuz he wants the big name but Calderun is ignoring him too so hopefully this fight gets made.. He just should try to unify with JOyi first, then chase calderun.. Yea man, i was impressed by him in the garcia fight although he was kinda bothered by the bodyshots.... garcia was no pushover at all.. Some people are calling him a mini Pacman and i can see a little bit of resemblance..
