Nino Benvenuti never impressed me that much. Coming in as champion after the Tiger, Fullmer, Robinson era I never thought that he would have been able to hang in there with these people. Mugabi had dynamite in his punches and if he had connected on Nino's chin it might have been all she wrote as I recall Nino being decked in some of his battles. Nino was by far a superior boxer to Mugabi but this could have been an interesting fight given Mugabi's power.
