How do you think he does vs Marciano in 55 and Patterson in 58

Manny Steward could've done wonders for him.

One of my favourite boxing channels.

It features some highlight reels of random former fighters and contenders, as well as some videos focusing on a single aspect of a boxers game.

I don't think he fairs well, he's to open to be hit, Rocky would stop him.

    .

Valdes had been fighting pro since 1941. He could beat the B & C grade fighters....but when he stepped up against A grade, he usually lost.

Rocky and Floyd would have k.o.'ed him in 1955 and afterwards.

If I am not mistaken, lt. heavy Archie Moore beat him.

In 10/1954 the NBA said Valdes was the logical contender to Rocky's title, but in May of 1955 Archie Moore beat him, then Bob Satterfield beat him in August 1955.

Basically, Valdes' chance at the title was gone.

Liston has such good skills and solid fundamentals, often overshadowed by his awesome power.
