Never seen him before. All I know is he holds a minimumweight championship and boxrec has him number one at that weight. I'm gonna watch his title fight with Raul Garcia to see how he looks. I have some expectations after hearing some good things about him.

Little BEAST! Boxer/puncher. Leaky defense, average IQ, but great boxing instincts.

He's very good. Would have been tough for Gonzalez due to the southpaw style. Probably will just see out his career though.

Pretty good fight, the crowd loved it, there dancing in the last round was great to see haha. I was under the impression if Joyi sat down on his punches more he could mabye hurt Garcia, but I guess that's not his style. I like how he kept working both the jabs and body punches all the way through, even though the head was there to be hit. Sometime's he got a bit wild and his defence looked solid, although Garcia was throwing really wild. I felt it was a workmanlike performance from Joyi but he clearly is technically proficient.

He is a total beast...without a doubt OUR P4P #1 at the moment...I honestly don't think there is a minimum weight fighter that can beat him...

One of the best little fighters around at the moment alongside Roman Gonzalez.

Gonna check this one out too. Joyi's last fight before he won the title. Wasen't going to bother but I've found his 2 title defences on youtube so I might as well watch all of them. I'm nothing if not anal :)

I am so surprised that he is mentioned. This guy has to be one of the toughest minimum weight fighters ever. I agree with Kayo Kid. I don't know if anyone at that weight can beat him. My only gripe with him is he doesn't fight enough. Go Baby Bear!!!

Better fight against Condes than Garcia. He was much more aggressive, sitting down on his punches more often. Very impressive although I think Condes gave up pretty quickly mentally.
