Obviously he is our #1 P4P fighter right now....how far do u guys rate he can go internationally? Obviously not wanting to get our hopes up like we did on our last P4P fighter (Phillip Ndou).
Gets a good rap from people I know who have seen a bit of him...I havent seen much outside of the Condes fight. Seems like a big, rangy guy for his weight with a crazy workrate and solid technical ability. With Nick "The Afrikaan Pirate" du Randt in his corner, he is going places for sure.
He's the best MW ATM and could pick up a belt in LFW and FW as well IMO. Him vs. newly crowned 21yo Kazuto Ioka is the hottest MW fight today and I see Joyi taking a clear decision, and there's the Roman Gonzalez showdown, which was - and still is - a must-have fight in boxing, and a genuine 50-50. But he's not very popular or known outside of SA, so unless someone puts down serious money, I don't see him vs. the best of these divisions coming off. Very good fighter.
Roman seems willing to travel, probably because he cant earn all that much green himself at home. Milenkovic seems willing to outlay a bit of $$$ to get his fighters good fights...so it could happen in seffas.
The Gonzales fight that is the 1 I'm interested in...that shuld reallly boost his credentials stateside I would think
