True Maco, i think if these fights were in the states Garth wouldnt be able to do his crash tackle type style and get away with it, charging in with his head etc they even pull you up for that stuff in the amateurs, they would pull him up quickly in the USA and this imo is the KEY to garths awkard style, horrible footwork etc but it works for him because he is permitted to get away with it.

Im not saying that NSW boxing didnt pull him up on it, i am saying they didnt do enough, i honest think they could have stoped him doing it, ie take a point much sooner then tell him if he contuines he will be DQL, not doing so only rewards his style and honestly its embarasing to boxing, it makes MMA look good watching garth woods fight imo

LES like other refs that ref Woods fight, appeard to give up and get lazy, not breaking them when he should have and allowing them to wrestle, hit behind the head etc. They pretty much loose control of the fight, aka the Briggs quote "At what point are you going to control this fight" or something to that effect, in ref to the Oganov vs Woods fight, check Youtube for the FULL unedited version.
