No BS, why is it so hard to make a GGG fight?

Lol nobody mentions the pure unadulterated violence that GGG is.
Jacobs for some reason as a challenger to Golovkin thinks he should get as much as Golovkin ever has,he's gonna vacate I'll bet which is a shame as it could of been competitive?

I think CJ is on the right track here.

The thing is, the really good fighters would like to preserve their records. They also know that they have a good chance of losing. So, putting myself in the comfortable shoes of a "really good boxer", my thinking would be: if I have to lose my 0 and / or take a career-high beating, I want to be paid, like, really well.

Golovkin is only now starting to seriously ramp up in popularity, which means that he may not necessarily have been drawing in the mega bucks to pay these good opponents. I think that the major reason the Ward fight never got made (all BS aside) is that there simply wasn't enough draw between the two of them to pay them out the sort of big bucks payday that their collective skills warranted.

Finally there are some guys that flap their lips but know that they would get creamed. Their egos can't allow them to shaddup, but when crunch time comes, they don't want to get flattened in front of 80000 people in Wembley ;)

This. Talking Ward fight is just playing stupid. Ward track records says everything (Can´t make weight, can´t fight serious opponents); even if they had done agreement, fight would have happened this winter at earliest.

Golovkin is high risk fight to everyone at 154-168 and even relatively high reward, it´s not a fight that these guys want. Chavez Jr. was the total opposite; Froch and Ward would have liked that fight - not Golovkin.

    K2 needs dumber opponents.
Even Ray Charles can see that beneath the cardboard Rolls Royce exterior cover lies a Ford Pinto chassis, and even Donald Trump knows that Pintos are only worth about $2,000, new.

Spence is clearly a top-of-line, best-of-class US made HumVee, not to be confused with a low mileage used lemon at Klitscho-2 Motors.
