...................That i'm going to believe that Kessler is afraid of Miranda!! nonsense!

The guy wasn't afraid of coming to Cardiff to challenge the biggest name at SMW so why the hell would he be afraid of someone who is about 10th at SMW. Does not make sense one bit, and to be honest is just utterly un true!!! There is obviously a better oppertunity out there for him, as i read somewhere earlier, going up to LHW and in the future taking on RJJ and then an eventual rematch with Calzag...........Bollox is Kessler scared!!

People need to stop with the "he's scared" nonsense.

I haven't seen any fighter scared of another fighter since the Tyson days and Frank Bruno is the first to come to mind in that regard.

Kessler would never be scared of Miranda.

You can bet your ass Wlad causes some "uneasiness" among his opponents these days. Austin didn't exactly look confident :nono

No way. If anyone actually thought Miranda had a chance to beat Kessler then you dont know much boxing.
I love watching Miranda fight but i have already labeled him an Arturo Gatti type of fighter. Exciting against B level opposition yet he will always come up short against the top notch guys like Kessler.

How come that a guy chooses not to take a fight (for whatever reason) is automatically ducking?

I totally agree with bizzer on this one. Why be scared of a guy that you know you can own.

I recently saw an interview with Saoul Mamby, aged 60, calling out the likes of Ricky Hatton, Floyd Mayweather and Miguel Cotto. Are they ducking too?

In reference to Bruno, is that before the first fight or the second, because I think that if Bruno had been more ring savvy and ruthless, he could have gone down as one of the all time great heavies, instead of admiring rocking someone, and standing with the chin in the air after getting clocked.

Very few high level professional fighters would be "scared" to take on someone even as scary as Miranda. Most of the world class guys are confident to the point of delusion.Thats why they have managers to guide them to the best fights for the most money.Apparently , Kesslers people see a better deal looming . If Kessler was the type to be scared, he'd be a trolly car driver, or a bartender, not a world ranked professional boxer.

Good post, I agree 100% with you.

Kesller isn't afraid to face Calzaghe in his backyard but he's supposedly scared of a crude puncher like Miranda who has proved NOTHING at SMW yet... that doesn't make sense to me...
Kessler is the much better boxer, and he's tough and has a punch. He's on another level than Miranda, Miranda has done nothing to earn a fight with Kessler. All Miranda has is a big mouth, but that seems to be enough these days to convince a lot of 'boxingfans'...

Still, I would have loved to see Kessler outclass Miranda and shut him up.

Agree. That kind of thing is so childish and rediculous.

The world according to Edison Miranda......

"Everybody is afraid of me except for Pavlik who once he sees a non-weight drained Miranda knocking off SMW contenders left and right will learn to fear me too."

It's all part of his charm.
