Canelo sold maybe 400k against Khan on Cinco de Mayo weekend. That's not all that impressive for a guy who's supposed to have all of mexico behind him.

    He didn't sell 600k.

I think 320k was the most credible number.

Shockmaster, Kush and IsaL are probably the same ****ing ****. Their obsession is pretty close to a mental disease + they are repeating the same thing in every single post from what I can read...

Canelo was steered properly coming up from a young age, fighting smaller guys out the gate.

GGG was brought into the pros weighing 161-164 on fightnight, a wieght he could have easily boiled down to 147 or 154.

Yes, Universum fukked him hard, and yes, K2 has been outmanuevered by GBP, who are simply on another LEVEL, both in terms of mapping out deals with networks, venues, and including fighters futures.
EXPERIENCE, and ODLH has more than most, and has BHOP at his side thru all this.

As for the record # of defenses.....

If GGG breaks it, it's broken.
The past will be forgotten just as it was for Slappy Joe, but not forgotten as it is for Ottke.
Ppl know Slappy tried and tried and tried, and know Ottke hid and hid and hid.
The WORLD OVER knows GGGs history of being avoided, and this current situation will only increase his legacy.

As for CVs during their perspective defense streaks.....not much separating them really.....
Especially if GGG can add Lara, Eubank Jr, Jacobs, and BJS to his CV before moving N in late 2017.:thumbsup

So a guy talks to you about boxing , and how a guy dominates the sport we love by trying and succeeding in winning all the belts in the division he competes in , and you answer with PPV buys ? are you really a boxing fan or what ? whats wrong with you ?
The guy is mexican the biggest following in the sport of course he makes more money , but why do YOU care ?
You as an admin is probably a joke or something because you act like a 12yo kid with no common sense....
When i read your posts i pray its not really you with 10k posts and admin title on a boxing forum who writes them , but that someone hijacked your account or something.....

If it was 157, Canelo wouldn't look as bad. Although at 157 it shouldn't have been for the title anyway.

Why would Golovkin and his team still want to fight Canelo? He's been mentioning for YEARS now that all he cares about is cleaning up the MW division and unifying all the titles.

It was one of the main reasons he didn't want to move up in weight and truly challenge himself. Him, Sanchez and Loeffler have made mention of this a myriad of times that he needs to unify the MW division before moving up in weight.

So why exactly does his team still want to fight Canelo? They said before the Khan fight that they weren't targeting Canelo, rather they were targeting the WBC belt.

It seems like they're REALLY contradicting themselves if they continue attempting to make a fight with a guy who has no interest in even fighting at 160 lbs. He should be targeting the remaining belt holders/interim champions, not Canelo Alvarez. That is, unless it was always about the money, and if that's the case than him and his team are pathological liars.

Its about both , why are you so butthurt about them chasing Canelo and exposing him badly ? are you sad? they still want the payday of course why be so naive ? they want the belt as well , its thier goal but could they have a voulntary defence vs Canelo and clean house then why not , not every fight is a fight for a title , there is only one such fight remaining with BJS , to you any other fight is making them liers and what not which is rubish .
