This is what I thought when the tournament was first announced. Now that the first round is done, it seems even more clear. Sure Abraham could win with a huge KO, but Ward is so damn athletic and quick he is gonna be hard to hit.

i can see this happening as well. i like AA, he's a great fighter with explosive power. but i think he's too stiff and utilizes little to head movement, bad game plan. he's gonna eat wards jab repeatedly.

Same, but i wouldn't say "no doubt". If the man in your avatar can turn Wards legs into jelly with a love tap, Abraham can do the same.

Though overall, i agree with you, he is deservedly the favorite.

All it takes is one slip up. One split second, and 12 rounds is a long time.

AA truly has the best one punch KO power in boxing right now. Ward better be on point the entire fight.

I wouldn't say without a doubt. You can't say that with someone like AA's KO power. If Ward gets over-confident and lunges with sloppy punching which he did tonight and got tagged for a few times in the later rounds, it's lights-out.

I haven't seen the fight yet. Can't wait..... Home cooking has been the key so far it seems.

No home cooking here. Head butts or not, Ward had his way with Kessler easier then he did against Miranda.

word, i can see a "julian jackson vs terry norris" scenario happening if ward gets careless.

Of course with Abraham's unheard of kind of power, this can happen to anyone at anytime. Ward will neutralize this power as good as anyone and give him the best chance to pull out a decision.
