I would like to apoligise for underappreciating Manny Pacquiao as a professional Prizefighter in the past. That all stops now, though. I would prefer no excuses on Hatton's behalf to be made, he was just destroyed in 2 rounds by a former 106lb fighter, who is arguably at his best as a Super Featherweight. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how badly Manny was hurting Ricky with both his right and left hand tonight, and that was a highlight reel ending. I still have no time for the *******s, but Manny Pacquiao is a truely extrodinary fighter, and he is a lock for top 40 P4P with his achievements, easily. I'm now a fan.
I have been telling you that you have been criminally underrating Pacquiao for some time now. Are you finally aware that I have been right and you have been wrong all along??Just kidding mate, it takes a big man to make a thread like this. I'm glad we are on the same team now!!Pac is NOT the same raw, one-dimensional fighter he was in '03. He is ****ing supreme.
apologize ur ass, hail the king, all of you haters STFU!!!!! boxing experts here... just keep it to urself, PACMAN KNOWS MORE THAN EVERYONE OF YOU HATERS!!!
You should have stop pissing on pacman a long time ago and just be content on being a boxing fan and not a hater.
I hold my hands up and admit I HUGELY underestimated Pacman. I simply thought the ODLH win was flattering to him and that Hatton would still be too big and strong for him. But **** me, Pacman completley destroyed him. It wasnt even hard for the man. I can't ****ing wait for Pacman v FMJ. Fight of the decade in the making.
I couldn't believe how well Pac carried up to 140. I started doubting my pick when I saw the weigh in photos. I thought Hatton would wear on him as the fight went on. Well, he may have IF the fight had gone one. OK. Brits. I'm 0/2 with your guys. For money I won't pick Haye. :yep
all the doubters need to look themselves in the mirror and think about there life! how can u eva doubt the pacman
I apologize for underestimating Pacquiao. A year ago, I would have laughed at the notion of Pac beating Hatton by decision much less knocking him out cold in two rounds. So I'll take a big bite of humble pie. There's absolutely no denying the fact that Manny is one of the greats.
Absolutely. I don't know where you stand on this DINAMITA, but on the evidence of tonight, Manny is very live with Miguel Cotto up at 147lb. I always used to laugh off that matchup. And I have no idea why Floyd Mayweather Sr is catching so much **** for this. He did his best with Hatton, but Manny was just a more complete fighter with ridiculous power at 140lb considering his history. You can claim Hatton has a glass jaw, but nobody has ever done that too him. That last knockdown was devastating, you knew it was over as soon as it landed. Enzo is right to an extent. I have expressed some hate towards Manny in the past, and I guess it was more to do with him coming across as arrogant on occasions. It had nothing to do with him beating Marco, I understand that this fight game produces many disappointments. Manny is clearly a humble guy, and as annoying as Harrison and Enzo may continue to be, I'll never be hating on Manny Pacquiao again. The
My rationality tells me 147lbs would be a step too far for Pac. But my rationality also told me that Oscar would be a step too far and that Hatton would be a life and death struggle. I just don't know anymore. Manny must have a glass ceiling in terms of weight, but whether that is 140 or 147 we don't know. On the evidence of tonight, yes Pac would be a live contender at 147.
The penny dropped for me tonight. Manny is as great as everybody said he was. I remember discussing this with you a few weeks back. I said, beating Hatton would be unbelievable achievement under any circumstance, but not only did he beat him, he knocked him out cold in 2 rounds. Ricky was outclassed.
