Absolutely right, the scoring on here tonight is out of total hatred for Joshua. How anyone can score the fight for Parker is shocking, it wasn't even close.
Dillian Whyte gave a good interview about it saying how hard it is to KO someone like Parker who came to survive and that sometimes you have to box lol. Parker now has had a good few fights like this and you could say Ref aside that AJs tactics were spot on,I think he knew he was never gonna be in any danger against the Kiwi.
It was a 9-3 fight in Joshua's favor. The jab was the difference, Joshua won rounds point-scoring with it and exerting steady pressure behind it.
I couldn't watch the fight so tried to go via the rbr but there were so many biases going around it was pointless. It was comical. I knew Parker has lost by Kiwis card because I knew he was a Parker man and his seems pretty close to the judges.
Visiting fighters should expect to be screwed and adjust their game plan accordingly. It's not fair, but it is what it is. That said, the scores were comically lopsided to the point where Parker was never going to win on the cards and the ref was doing everything he could to protect AJ. It was Reid-Ottke caliber.
I didnt see a ref protecting Joshua. I didnt go high on the ref breaking both fighters as quickly as he did, but I dont think that was working against Parker as Parker seemed wary of Joshuas power. I thought Joshua was a wide winner and couldnt make a case for Parker winning. I thought Parker only won 2/3 rounds so couldnt see an issue with the cards. Just a reflection of the fight
Exactly. Those scoring it super-close, or even more absurdly scoring it for Parker, are watching the fight through their hate-filled glasses, it would seem. Joshua won a wide decision, one which should not be the least bit controversial. Even Parker and his team openly admit this, why can't the haters?
