No Hype for Canelo Vs Jacobs...DAZN failing in Promotional sense?

    I remember when GGG Vs Canelo 2 and 2 build ups they were all over the place, I haven't seen any adverts and very few promos for Nelo Vs Jacobs!

    Anyone feel DAZN are letting themselves down in terms of promoting fights?

    Yeah there's no buzz whatsoever, none. Although I'm definitely looking forward to the fight, it seems to have got lost in the shuffle of all the other fights.

    They spent to much for fighters to be able to promote events. They are probably thinking a Canelo fight promotes itself.

    There's a clock ticking down the days, hours and seconds till the fight at the bottom of this page?

    I'm not in the US so I can't comment on what's airing there but DAZN are likely to have prioritised online advertising due to the nature of their distribution model. My guess is that there's a relatively high social marketing spend at the expense of more traditional channels. That's probably going to provide more bang for their marketing buck.

    Why do you think it won’t be entertaining? Just curious. I think it will be a good fun fight. I don’t see anyone getting blown out though so I agree the scores will be crap. I see a close competitive fight ending in a WIDE unanimous decision for Canelo.

    How so? They're just getting started and in Canelo's second fight he's squaring up with Jacobs.

    They are also putting good fights with some of boxings best talents.
