Dude look at Haye's chops. You can see how much he has blown up. Barret looked huge compared to Haye when they got in the ring, and BarretT is a small HW.
Haye's going to have to put himself in the line of fire to make that speed work....Not sure he can survive what's going to be coming back at him when he makes his move.
I don't quite understand what you're saying here.You contradicted yourself.Please explain it again:huh
Don't know who you are Zakman but you obviously have a very limited and basic understand of chins and how moving up through weights can affect their resiliance. Haye's chin was OK at Cruiser, but this is only to be expected when you're starving yourself to make weight. I expect his chin to be improved at heavyweight in rather the same way that Cotto's was after he moved up to 147. He will gain resiliance and durability with the extra strength that he previously denied himself.
natural of from weight lifting...its still weight which will slow him down (a little) and will require much more oxygen..
Correct. The guy will have to get close to Wlad to land this so called "hayemaker" I think the Haye fans think Haye will come in, throw 1 big punch, and the night will be over.... Far from it guys, far from it
It is rare that chins get more sturdy when fighters move up - cases like Bob Foster or Michael Spinks are far more common, particularly when the division they're moving up to is the HW division. I will, frankly, be very surprised if Haye does not get sparked by the first top level HW he faces.
:good:goodAgreed Good post though his chin hasn't been tested at HW yet so we don't know what the effect is
vitali is the best HW in the business, i haven't seen the Gomez fight but he must have put him away 1-6. :hi::hi:
First you said that Haye has blown up but then said that Haye looked small next to Barrett who is a small HW himself.Just what are you trying to say?:good
