At the end of the day he seems to be fine with it. I just read a bio on Arcel and he said there are just somethings in life you can't explain and this is one of them. He said he truly doubts that Duran even knows why he quite, and thought he probably regretted it soon after. One of the more interesting things he also said was that he never asked Duran directly as to why he quite. But he did say it certainly wasn't diet related other than he gulped down some orange juice rather than sipped it like he was suppose to. He also said that this was the single most asked question he ever received but he's still adamant that Duran was one of the best fighters of all time. His top 10 is interesting as it includes at least two fighters the vast majority of posters have never heard of. (Benny Valgar is one) One of the more interesting things Arcel said was that Holmes, who was the last fighter he trained, lacked confidence in himself because he was a sparring partner for so long.
