    The only thing I know about the whole situation, is that Duran quit. Period.

    This is every bit as true as the fact that when both Fighters were at their best, Duran won.

    The reason he quit was as confusing as Liston's age,but he truly quit,despite the fact I love Duràn,but now I have to come into a realization, it's mostly his fault for appearing like that.

    Someone brought up Leonard’s ‘clowning’ — the context of that is that it was payback for Duran clowning him late in their first fight.

    Goes around, comes around.

    You wanna play, get in the sandbox. Roberto got in the sandbox with Ray when he clowned him (sticking out his chin, tapping it and throwing a sucker-punch jab). Ray kept receipts. Then when he turns the table, some people want to act like that’s bad on him — but you never hear anyone say it about Duran when he did it in the first fight.
